The release of Al Powered Speech Analytics for Amazon Connect is now available, a solution that provides customer insights in real time. It also helps with resolving customers issues and improving on the overall customer experiences by providing agents and supervisors with a better understanding of customer needs. The solution includes pre-trained AWS AI services that allow customers to transcribe, translate and analyze each customer interaction on Amazon Connect, and displays this information to help contact center agents during their conversations.
